Goodreads Summary:
War has begun. Arin is in the thick of it, with the East as his ally and the empire as his enemy. He’s finally managed to dismiss the memory of Kestrel, even if he can’t quite forget her. Kestrel turned into someone he could no longer recognize: someone who cared more for the empire than for the lives of innocent people—and certainly more than she cared for him. At least, that’s what he thinks.

But far north lies a work camp where Kestrel is a prisoner. Can she manage to escape before she loses herself? As the war intensifies, both Kestrel and Arin discover unexpected roles in battle, terrible secrets, and a fragile hope. The world is changing. The East is pitted against the West, and Kestrel and Arin are caught between. In a game like this, can anybody really win?

Which literary kiss do you think I love? Keep reading to find out ;)

The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon1. What book is your favorite literary kiss in?
I thought long and hard on this one. It was a hard choice to just pick one but ultimately, I decided on the kiss in The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon. I just know this is going to be a popular one!

2. Who is kissing?
Paige and Warden <3 They are a swoon-worthy pair, trust me!

3. Why is it your favorite?
Paige and Warden's kiss happens just before she's about to face life and death. The situation they were under, the intense and frantic way they kissed made for a heart-pounding, pulse-stopping moment. The fact that it's absolutely forbidden because he's an alien and she's his slave, only makes the kiss that much more delicious and perfect. I swooned hard!

I just want everyone to read this book so to give you a taste, here's a snippet:
"Only a moment passed. I looked at him, and he looked at me. A moment. A choice. My choice. His choice. Then he kissed me again, roughly this time. I let him. His arms came around me, lifting me. And I wanted it. I did. Too much. So much. My hands were in his hair, gripping his neck. Don't stop. His lips were on my mouth, my eyes, my shoulders, and the hollow of my throat. Don't stop. He ran his palms over my thighs. Firm, bold strokes, full of surety. Awakening."
*swoons* And this is only one part of the many kisses they shared at that time! You know you want more!!

Bonus Question: What kiss do you hope will occur in Marie Rutkoski's The Winner's Kiss?
Not to be predictable but this is the kiss everyone's dying for: Kestrel and Mine (that's Kestrel's dog in case you didn't know). I'm sorry if that's not funny XP Okay seriously, KESTREL and ARIN of course!!!!!!!!!!!

Only a little more than a month until The Winner's Kiss comes out! Trust me when I say READ THIS TRILOGY!!
